Perfect for our stay

The property was fine for the 4 of us. The property was clean and spacious just like the pictures on website. Owners sent us the check in instructions and there were small notes and instructions for other amenities in the house. The community was very friendly and quiet. The community pool, fitness room and store were within walking distance of the house. Within 10 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and other parks. Close to main avenue with many restaurants and stores. Walmart around corner. Overall a good stay for a home away from home which we will mark as favorite to use again. Will definitely recommend it to friends as well.

Perfect family spot!

This proved the perfect spot for our family as we traveled to and from Universal Studios, Disney Springs and a day trip to Clearwater Beach. It was clean, spacious, had plenty of kitchen items, and the kids loved the PS4, privacy pool and nearby water slides. We would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Family Vacation

If you're looking for a place to stay close to the parks, this property is wonderful. A short 15 minute ride to the gates of most parks, near tons of great places for dinner/take out, wonderful pool area and then the comfort of your own mini pool in unit. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Perfect for families/Close to Disney!

We love staying at Windsor Hills and this townhouse was our favorite so far! Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The private pool was so nice. With it being an end unit, the pool felt a little less "boxed in" because one side of the lanai went lower and made it feel more spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation Home!

This is a wonderful vacation home! My huband and I stayed for 6 days with our 3 children. Everything was perfect! Pool was heated as requested; home was clean and tidy; everything was exactly as advertised. We didn't have a single issue the entire stay. We will definitely return. My older children loved the PS4 (now they want one for Christmas), and the bunk bed was perfect, as the kids wanted to sleep in the "Mickey Mouse" room. We will definitely return for our next Disney vacation! The clubhouse pool was great (heated year round), and the kids enjoyed the water slides (not heated). What I really loved about this home is the fact that it doesn't look like a rental. The furniture and finishes are very nice, so it made it feel more like home. Directions and expectations for checkin and checkout were clear. So glad that I chose this place!!!

Perfect Location and Beautiful Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close proximity to Disney parks and so easy to load and unload the car from the adjacent driveway. This rental far exceeded our expectations and the property management went above and beyond to fix one minor issue we had the first night of our arrival! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great Place

This place was perfect for our family! My parents stayed on the first level (so they didn't have to climb stairs), my husband and I stayed upstairs, while our boys stayed in the other room down the hall from us. The boys wouldn't have ever left that room if we didn't make them - they loved the video game console and games! I honestly didn't think we would love the little personal pool outside as much as we did, but it was a big hit with everyone! The large community pool and the water slides/play area was also a lot of fun. The place itself was very nice and clean. We had no problems, so there was no need to contact the owners, but they left us plenty of information on how to contact them if needed. We were also very close to everything. I think we could have walked to WalMart! We went to Disney Springs a few times, Sea World, and City Walk at Universal - all of these places were close and easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this place!!

Andrea's Home Was Perfect!

Andrea's home was perfect for our family of six and could comfortably fit more. The baby/toddler items were a wonderful touch and helped make packing a little lighter. I suggest paying for the pool heat if you're traveling during cooler months. We loved it so much we never made it to the community pool!

Fully Recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We paid for pool heating which was definitely worth the money as the kids loved the pool. Great resort amenities. Close to all attractions - appx 20 min drive to magic kingdom. Fully recommend.

Great Updated Townhome

Great, updated townhome 1 exit from Disney World. Perfect for our family! 3 good sized bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, an updated kitchen with all the amenities, modern touches throughout home and small splash pool too! Have been staying in Windsor Hills for many years and it really is the perfect spot! We look forward to coming back again soon. Thank you! -Sara & family

Loved Our Stay!

Host was very responsive to all of our questions from the start. The house was very cozy so we felt right at home. The house was well equipped with everything we need. Great location to a Disney, restaurants, and Target.

5* Home Away From Home

We recently stayed in Magic ONE for our holiday to Orlando and it was the perfect home away from home for us. The easy check in was great as we arrived in late and tired so there was no fuss. On arrival the house was spotlessly clean and was exactly as advertised. The house was spacious, comfortable, secure and was equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday. After long days at the parks we really looked forward to coming 'home' to Magic ONE. Our communication with the owner was excellent and I cannot speak highly enough of Bob from the Palm Property Management company who assisted us with a small issue we had during our stay and also so kindly helped us out on the day of our departure when we left our passports behind!

I would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone looking for a 5* star holiday rental in the Disney area.

The Place Was Fantastic

Andrea's place was fantastic! We were vacationing with a family of seven, and we were all comfortable and we never felt over crowded. The pool was a fantastic place to relax, and the access to a water park and larger pool was a bonus! Andrea was an amazing host, and her communication was excellent especially when it came down to a hurricane baring down on us. I look forward to staying here again!

This Place Is Exceptional

This place is exceptional! The house is well stocked with everything you need and several fun extras. It is clean with many new furnishings and TVs in every room. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, community pool and water slides, and PS4! The location is close to area attractions including Disney and SeaWorld and was a very easy drive! The gated community seems secure and we felt very safe staying at Andrea’s place. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Place!

This was our 3rd year to stay at Windsor Hills. The owners of this property were informative and responded back quickly. The check in procedure is very organized. The people at the gate are always friendly and helpful. This property was amazing, clean, and just like the photos. The beds were comfortable, and electronics were a plus. We were able to take a splash in the heated pool and enjoyed that too. There was not a single negative for our recent stay!!

Beautiful home and resort

This home is just beautiful and exactly like the photos. Everything in the home was brand new and the home was well maintained. I was worried that the pool would be too small for our three children, but it was just perfect! The Windsor Hills resort had just opened the new water complex and we enjoyed the pool and the water slides. You can easily walk to the resort complex in about 5 minutes or less. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great stay-updated townhouse!

We have stayed in many Windsor Hills towmhomes. This one has been updated and remodeled-all new appliances! Definitely the nicest one so far! Plenty of space for family of 6- kids room has bunk with trundle and a futon. Don't stay on Disney property or a crowded hotel room- this place is a 5 min drive to Disney property! A/C stopped working on our last day it was very hot that week- called management and someone came right away and fixed it. Would stay again.
